A blend of Caol Ila Single Malt & North British Single Grain

Nose: The nose has coastal aromas, expect some sea spray with hints of lemon sherbet
candy.

Taste: The palate is velvety in texture with sugared almonds, subtle smoke and fudge. Let it breathe and some toasted oats and marzipan come through.

Finish: The finish is smooth with salted caramel and a nice peppery warmth.
