Nose:  The first nose is sweet and malty – lemon curd, sugared almonds and zesty dried lemon peel –with a light floral note behind.

Taste:  The taste is sweetish to start, drying with nuts, biscuits. Replicating the palate with strong citrus flavours, think lemon posset or baked lemon cheesecake.

Finish:  Dries in the lengthy, nutty finish. A good general purpose malt.
